Case distribution

The Case Centre is unique in offering an efficient worldwide case publishing and distribution service to both institutions and independent authors across the globe.

Who can submit a case? Individual authors Our user-friendly online case submission service enables individual authors to submit cases and other teaching materials to us with minimum fuss and maximum speed. Your case will be available across the globe usually within 30 working days. Submitting a collection Have your faculty written some great cases that could be used to create a brand new collection for worldwide distribution via The Case Centre? If so, you’re halfway there already! The next step is easy – simply contact our Content Acquisition Management Team to discuss submitting your collection. Once submitted we’ll publicise your collection to our global audience and you'll receive regular sales reports and royalties. The benefits Publicity Submission to The Case Centre makes teachers, researchers and businesses worldwide aware of your materials. Details and an abstract will be included in our online catalogue. Authorised users will be able to view an online educator preview copy of your case and we will undertake worldwide distribution of your teaching materials. Details of your case will also be included in our monthly email update service, which goes to over 45,300 subscribers worldwide. There are also opportunities to have your case featured on our website. Royalties Organisations that are members receive royalties on sales of items authored by their staff or affiliates. Royalties are paid to the copyright holding organisation, not directly to authors. We pay royalties on sales of cases, supplementary materials, multimedia and videos. Educator preview copies are not eligible for a royalty payment. The royalty rate for all items is 28% of the net sale value. Sales under our Undergraduate Case Teaching Licence attract a pro-rata royalty payment.
